chrisborene's success thread
i've always wanted to start my own thread for success so now i have a few things to report
got back thiago "pitbull" alves back on 4/27/10, sent 2 ufc dvd covers, and 2 trading cards, he inscripted 1 card and both dvd covers with "att 4 life" sent out 4/19/10. 8 days
today i got back tyson griffin 4/29/10, sent tyson griffin a ufc main event trading card, and a picture i took with him out in vegas on new years eve '09, which i offered for him to keep and he did, and sent back the card signed to chris as requested, card sent out on 4/21/10. 8 days

today brought back 3 mma stars for my collection
matt hughes 3/3 cards -13 days
amir sadollah 3/3 cards - 11 days
and cb dollaway 2/2 cards - 11 days

today brought back a return from my latest mma mailing
jon fitch 1/2 sent a ultimate mma magazine which he signed in a beautiful gold colored marker, and kept a round 2 base card, very happy with this return, will try to send the mag next to mike swick, as it has the 4 main members from aka in san jose, ca
14 days wait for this one

another success
this past saturday i received a return from ufc interim heavyweight champ shane carwin
he signed a ufc 8x10 as requested to chris, along with a round 2 ufc base card, and a main event base card
also got denied by dodger hall of fame brodcaster vin scully, doubt he even read it, all things were sent back just the way i packed them, but were at least mailed back with a dodgers prepaid envelope with a generic typed letter from vin sent way back in the middle of october. ath least they didnt use my envelope

today yielded another return
bj penn signed a ufc 107 dvd cover, a round 2 insert card, and a main event base card
25 days to receive back, any extra info will be put in the ttmm
10/17 from this mailing now

my latest returns:
ufc hall of famer royce gracie signed 2/2 cards( one of the cards wasnt the one i sent , and was hoping to get that one back the most ( heard he got a handfull of his latest requests mixed up from other ttm'ers)
and gray maynard signed 2/2 main event base cards beautifully with a silver sharpie
