    upperdeck replacement card....HELP!!!

    Ok so I have been waiting on my Oscar Robertson 08-09 UD Black 50 Greatest Auto /50 since the product came out. The guy at UD told me I should get a replacement if I wasn't happy with the time it was taking to get the card. I got the replacement in the mail today and it is a Tayshaun Prince UD premier Noteworthy Auto /25. I think I got screwed on this deal. What do you guys think I should do??

    wow..that's a horrible replacement. The Oscar Robertson auto is 10x better..I would contact them and complain.

    I don't really know what to say when I call them without going off on them. I feel like that card doesn't even compare to the Robertson.

    That is horrific, Upper Deck is a lousy company. You have every right to chew them out, but it's better to go in calmly. Yelling at them will guarantee that you get no help.

    That's really poor. Big O is a Top 5 all-time player according to some people (like me). I have an Exquisite Oscar card that I've been waiting on for 6 months now. I'm going to keep holding out, but I'm starting to feel like they'll never get the cards out.

    OMG!!! That's HORRIBLE!! That's like going to a car dealership and buying a brand NEW Mercedes and what you GET is a YUGO.
    Yah..I wouldn't go off on them..you'll more than likely be told 'Oh Well'. BUT.. BE FIRM.
    You may want to do some research on the BIG 'O' and present some STATS on him and compare them to Tayshauns..and ask the person on the phone...... DOES THAT SOUND COMPARABLE??

    Yes that is horrible. Email their customer service right away, explain your situation. Explain to them what an Oscar Robertson card is worth compared to a Tayshaun Prince.

    UD is HORRIBLE!!!! ive had $100 cards replaced with $12 common rc autos ......i called them and the told me to send the card back to them and i did 3 months ago and have yet to receive a package back.......good bye UD.....good luck with them...hope you get something better than the prince
