ITG Help on Superlative Emblem 1/1
I had a few questions asked to me on why the one I pulled is not the same as the one from the sell sheet. After checking the checklist on ITG site, he only has one.... Any ideas? Could it be just a mock one on the sell sheet? Could there be another? Thanks in advance for any input or suggestions.
One from Sell sheet

Here is the one I pulled...

Obviously I really like the one I pulled even better and being a Huge Islanders Fan/Collector I really lucked out.

That is odd. It has to be a mock?
I mean there is no way they could change the swatch because it would have cut the one in half you have and you would see the repair/cut marks?
I am thinking mock.
Maybe they put the card cutout over the patch, still on the jersey, zoomed in to give it the appearance of a card, and took a photo before they actually cut it.
Then they decided later to shift where they were cutting the piece because they liked that part of the emblem better?
Just a guess.

I agree, the actual live version is extremely nice.
I particularly like the attention to detail within the cut of the swatch, getting that miniature "world" inside of the "0" in 06. Straight sick!

It's just a sell sheet, in my opinion it have nothing to do with the real cards.

I think that they had the design and the emblem but did not have a finished product yet, so they probably created a digital version for the sell sheet. It was probably decided afterwards that the greatest appeal and best use of the emblem would be the way it is now.

The main problem is you need the HI regional code to reach Dr Price on a forum!

That's not true. Brian comes here as well.
Yes, he spends a lot more time on HI but he is accessible.
You can always shoot an e-mail to ITG and they can forward your concerns to him. I'd be willing to bet Brian gets back to you personally on most items.
Quite the opposite of "other" companies!
