Here is the MadCommissioner's Hockey Expansion and Relocation Table. I think that with the Islanders no longer in Denial of a Potential Relocation, the Coyotes not having a Solid Front Office and the Predators being noncommital about Nashville beyond 2011-2012, I feel that here are the towns that need to be considered for an Expansion/Relocation Table:

Seattle

The truth is, Seattle has had the most years in Hockey without an NHL Franchise and I think the only way to make the Seattle Fans Happy is to actually commit to a True Expansion Franchise and a True New Arena to get the Community Going Again. I keep saying this for the NBA, too, I don't want nobody else's UHaul to land in Seattle but to restart the Expansion Process Again even though the Next Seattle NBA Club would not necessarily be competive for 5 Years once they hit the Floor Again on a Regular Basis like in the 1970s,1980s, and the 1990s.
