Well your right theres no documentation of it yet.. The rule was lost durring the change im sure.. If you really want to see one please LMK.. It is just kind of a general rule as far as I know to give all traders a fair chance to have the 1st page topics.

I really dont care what you want to do.. If you want all cards that are not pending in a trade down situation I would take a 40 dollar carr jersey...

I don't need to see the rule, I didn't know it existed and I have no problem with only bumping once. - I could do the Carr Jersey for the rest.
