Do a quick search in the Box breaks section, maybe get an idea there!?
Personally I like them in the order you have them...#1 Finite-#2 Reflections-#3 Foundation

I would go with the Finite. Really nice cards and good amount of inserts.

I would cut get away from UD and go with Leaf Limited. I have seen some insane breaks from that and you would love the inserts/Auto/game used/numbered. If you have money to burn, go to ebay and buy individual cards you want from them sets. Only my thoughts, good luck on picking.
