Alabama gamer win $1 Million playing MLB 2K10!
2K Sports ran a contest awarding $1,000,000 to the first person to pitch a verified perfect game in the MLB 2K10 video game. The funny thing is, he used a pitcher who in real life is 0-5 in MLB so far. More here and here...
How many of you play this game? How many of you actually tried to win the contest?

I don't like the MLB 2K_ games. I did like the fact you could take any hitter, and switch them around ot bat the other way, but I didn't like the hitting controls, fielding, or pitching controls lol. I'm more of an MLB 08 The Show fan myself - love that game.

That's funny he bought the game... just for this reason. And hey, it worked out for him!

In the specific mode, you have to pick a pitcher that was pitching THAT day....and Kawakami probably had the best matchup out there, and there probably weren't any other big named pitchers pitching that day in Spring Training.

Thanks for sharing that.
Love the article as the first one article said like to know why he chose the pitcher. But the commetn above makes sense if that the case.

Very cool for him to do it, and what's funny is that 2K sports didn't take out an insurance policy for this, so they are out a cold million.
