    Hi there,
    Go to the Forum of whichever sport you collect. Under that should be a link to "Super-Collector Hall of Fame" forums for each of the sports. Near the top of the page should be threads for "Application" threads or "Information" threads on what the requirements are.

    Each sport has different requirements, some looser than others and some tighter. If you are still a little confused on what it takes for your sport, contact the team manager.
