I managed a finish line for a few years. I quit March 09. I hear the company has lost a ton of employees over the past year. I also heard almost 90% of store managers are rookies because all the vets are quitting. Can't verify the validity of these statements, but that is what I heard. What District are you in? I was in D7. I started in D8, but then they moved the districts around and ours was changed to 7

I just started last October, so to be honest with you, I am not completely sure if Finish Line has lost a lot of employees over the past year. Also, most store managers in our district have been managing for awhile, but that does not mean that there are a lot of rookies in other districts, that is just ours.
Also, not completely sure what district I am in to be honest, ha. I have never really paid attention to that since I am a sales associate. I am in the Pittsburgh area (probably the busiest Finish Line in the area).
