    Tony Parker to be traded?

Facing an 0-3 hole against the Suns in their semifinal series, the Spurs could be looking at major moves this offseason.

Marc Stein of ESPN.com writes that, according to sources, San Antonio is "increasingly optimistic about their ability to inject their front line with some new blood by convincing Brazilian forward Tiago Splitter ... to leave the European game to come to the NBA starting next season."

The Spurs drafted Splitter back in 2007.

Stein also wrote that Tony Parker, as strange as it sounds, is the team's best trade asset.

There was talk a while back about trading Parker for CP3 , that would do wonders for the Spurs!

he is their only trade bait. Ginobli is injury prone, they dont have a team without Duncan, all their other players are marginal except Jefferson and he only slightly above marginal. However I would not trade Parker without a major free agent addition as well no way.

I think the championship era of the Spurs has come to an end unless they were to add a major free agent player, Wade etc however highly unlikely, duncan is starting to slow down and may only play a couple more seasons.
