    Determining Lebron's open market value

    Determining Lebron's Open Market Value

Interesting read...what do you think? Would he make more money per season than the current salary cap is if there was no cap?

He'd make as much as someone would want to pay him. Whether that be $20 million or $100 million a year, it would all be up to that specific owner.

Same can be said for Wade, DH12, Kobe, etc. etc.

It'd be just like baseball, and that's the last thing ANY sport needs.

Assuming there was no cap I said around $50 million/yr. Theres no reason a team couldnt fly with a $150 million dollar payroll paying him 1/3 of it.

Mark Cuban would probably pay him $100 million/yr though, so im probably way off... lol

I say in the $50 million range - slightly less than what the current cap is...but, it would vary from team-to-team too.

It depends if there are factories in his new city. I'm working on a quantum formula to determine Lebron's wealth. One of the variables is the number of factories per square mile. Other factors... proximity to bone and joint specialist, number of speed traps per square mile, and distance from Mike Brown.

It's kinda hard to determine but I'd probably go with $40-49 mil..
