So I traded this Eddie Royal Topps Stadium club auto for 2 cards. Now the guys is saying the auto is smeared (please see scan in photobucket). Well I will copy his comments below, how should I resolve this? am i being scammed?

"hey bud, got the card today, but the auto is pretty badly smeared, i would like to either get the topps chrome or topps mato auto in return instead, or i can keep it and send you the randle el patch, lmk, disappointed since you didnt tell me it was smudged wouldnt of even bothered trading for it"

for the problem you are having, tell him to please send the eddie royal auto back and once you receive it you will send his cards back or one of the other auto's he is requesting if you feel its in the same range.
