Arniel pleased with NHL job prospects

Scott Arniel remains the head coach of the Manitoba Moose, while he waits patiently for a second chance to impress one NHL general manager and a first chance to win over another.
Arniel, who expressed his desire to pursue an NHL job at his year-end meeting with the media, went through an interview with the Columbus Blue Jackets on May 1 and could meet with the Atlanta Thrashers before this week is over.
