    1994-95 upper deck special edition

    it has quite a large set, but are the cards considered inserts or 'base' cards?

    or maybe even a parallel?

    SE was a separate release. It had SE Gold cards also that were a parallel. Not sure of the odd per pack.

    SE is 1 per pack, and SE gold is 1:35. I think I'm correct on these numbers.

    They are not base card.

    Base card has this design.





    And the following link is the Upper Deck SE. And this is insert in 1 per pack (1 pack has like 10 cards). It also has gold version which is 1:35 ratio.
