We need a two-guard...and even if we don't use the pick, it'd be great tradebait...could package it with a player or two to get a nice piece...you can never have too high of a draft pick, IMO.

2 guard? Then what was the point of drafting Ellington last year, add to the guard supercollection?

Why would you trade the top pick away? a #1 pick is something to build a franchise around, who out there is worth trading a #1 pick for?

Ellington is a combo guard, although he does play the SG position mostly...but, I don't know that he'll be the answer at SG for us for the long term. Good player, yes, but franchise cornerstone? I don't see it.

As for trading the #1 pick...well, package it with some expirers to get a star player - Danny Granger, Joe Johnson in a sign-and-trade...or, trade it for another top-5 pick and a decent player...there are several possibilities...

Yea Evan Turner would be much better in time i'd think than Granger or JJ

Wiz with the #1 pick! Philly #2, which means NJ misses out on John Wall AND any chance at LeBron! Hahaha.

    ET in Philly....I like it!

What's this mean for Gilbert now?
