UD Replacement Help

I bought a box of 08-09 UD Hot Prospects, it was a horrible break. The hits were Donyell Marshall Jersey/Autograph /25 and Spencer Hawes Patch/Autograph. The worst part, both are damaged. The Marshall has a couple small creases and the Hawes has damage around the patch. If I send these in to UD will they give me replacements? I got this at box at my local card shop.

Your chances are 50/50, UD did produce this product so i would assume they would replace them but the turnaround will be ridiculous tho just like the redemption's but its not like these players are HOT anyways so its a coin toss.

UD would definitely be willing to replace them. However, depending if they have the same card in stock or not, the turnaround as the poster above stated will be quite ridiculous and long.

If they dont have either to replace they'll replace w/ similar value, so you're looking at back ups and bench player autos either way. They'll usually let you choose from your favorite team tho, so you could get a lower end guy from a team you like. They'd consider the same in BB or FB if you collected either.

not True.. I asked for current chicago bulls players or MN Vikings cards, and they gave me a Maurice Cheeks and George Gervin.

Don't bother. You've been screwed once. Going back to UD is simply asking to be screwed again. Thank you sir please may I have another.
