No stopping Toews, Kane and Byfuglien

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- The best line in hockey is unstoppable right now.

Jonathan Toews, Patrick Kane and Dustin Byfuglien are befuddling a very good San Jose Sharks team through two games of the Western Conference finals, just like a very good Vancouver Canucks team had no answer for the line in the previous round.

"Big Poppa" Byfuglien and "Captain Serious" Toews each scored Tuesday night, while "Doctor" Kane added a pair of assists as the Chicago Blackhawks disposed of the Sharks 4-2 to sweep the opening two-game set at HP Pavilion.

Yup. It looks like the B-Hawks are going to the final, unless the Sharks can somhow win 4 games, which I highly doubt. The B-hawks are to strong. With Byfuglien infront of the net to distract the goalie, elite defense such as Keith, and powerful forwards such as Kane, and Toews...I predict that the Hawks will win the Cup. I have my doubts that either Montreal or Philly will be able to stop them.

Hawks have a great shot at it, for sure.

The thing that confuses me about Byfuglien, is how does a guy that scored 17 goals in the regular season become such an unstoppable force come playoff time?

He's going to be prone to two things - burring out (he's playing more minutes / higher tempo than normal.... it will wear him down) and coaching. Between SJ / PHI / MON.... you'd think someone will figure out how to get him off his game.

Obviously he's the 3rd guy on that line.... but you make him less effective, and it should hurt the other two.

Right now - Hawks have to be considered the favorite. Too much can happen though, before they get 6 more wins, so I'm not ready to hand it over just yet.

think the SHarks might get a couple but my prediction still looks good at Chicago winning in 6
