More than one (colour) jersey cards

Just wondering whether you guys collect more than one of the same card when the jersey colours are different or just collect the one and that's it.

Typically no.... but when you get into parallels of the cards, I try to (at least when its practical).

Here's a 'rainbow' from 02-03 UD Foundations:

I had the Bronze (easiest) and Gold (toughest) ones first. Waited for a orange swatch on the silver to pop up before buying it.

Sometimes I let my OCD run wild - if I can pick up a red, white, and blue swatch of a Price jersey card for cheap I'll make a run for it.

Can you get more than one colour swatch per 'rainbow card', or is it usually specified to one colour?

I'll pick up a different colored jersey of the one I already own if I get a good deal or can trade for it... but I'll also offer the double up (usually the white one) in another trade if I need it to get something else..

Well - when you see people use the term 'rainbow' like I did there... they're refering to the card / parallels.... not the jersey swatch.

So - what people would consider to be a 'rainbow' would be to have the Bronze / Silver / Gold of that card (it's all the variations) but the colour of the swatch had nothing to do with it.

If I wanted to go really crazy... I suppose I could have gone after blue / white / orange of each card.... and ended up with 9...... but that's not what people refer to, when using the term rainbow.

i usually just get 1 of each, like geschrocks said though, if offered a better swatch though, will always try to upgrade
