You are actually wrong, and I agree with CUHATIN because I spoke to a VP over at Pay Pal and he told me that ONLY ebay items would be covered and nothing through Pay Pal is covered even if sent as goods or things bought.

G MO, I love your Barry Collection but you are wrong here. I actually filed a claim from a seller on here that send a card to the wrong address and wouldn't give me a refund. I filed a dispute and paypal found in my favor after I presented a good argument and proved the card was not sent to the right address (based on pm's on here I copied and pasted on the claims page). If you lay out a good argument and give solid proof you are correct you can get a refund (although I am sure it doesn't happen too often). I would imagine I am not the only person who has even won a dispute so although difficult I can speak first hand that it is possible.
