Skychiefs @ Scranton. STRASBURG!!

Went to the two 7 inning games double last night. Got to stadium at 2 for 5:35 start. Bus came. No one signed and I mean NO ONE. So i waited around; Actually snuck onto outfield (The back parts of the stadium are falling apart) Got in at 4:30 Strasburg didnt sign pregame. Got like 4 balls during the first game. Strasburg didn't sign after 1st game. He doesn't come out before national anthem of 2nd game. So I'm sitting in first row next to dugout because theres like no one there. Jesse English is coming from the bullpen into thedugout during Game 2 and I tell him to tell Strasurg I drove 6 hours to get him on one picture. Jesse goes in dugout, tells Stephen who looks at me and laughs. Game 2 Ends. Strasburg goes out to shake hands with teammates. Takes one step down into the dugout and hears me yelling. Shrugs shoulders and comes out in a bee-line for me. Takes my blue sharpie stares at me and says "Why you driving six hours?" To which I respond "For you to sign this photo" He signs it and all the dealers see him signing and what began with just me ends up with over 150 dealers with balls. Signs about fifteen total after me. ME BEING THE LAST ONE TOO! SO i got him first and last. I have photos of him signing my pictures and all. MY NEW FAVORITE PLAYER!

mench and orr sign everything you give them here in syracuse.... whitesell be glad you didnt get him he ruins a sharpie and he only does one, chris duncan is ok wierd to here how they are when they are on the road.

I HATE dealers and the idiots who couldn't care les about the sport, and come simply to sell the stuff they get signed too. Whenever a big name comes to a MILB game there are tons of "fans" who never go to a game and the dealers. It's expected. Dealers always flock to profit players, but they didn't F this up. Strasburg just dosen't sign for everyone. He does a handfull then leaves. I believe (and many others too) he has a set number, when he signs that amount it's over.

Yeo I didnt say they screwed it up. There were a good share of dealers and Strasburg was NOT gonna sign. He doesnt sign except after he pitches. But throughout the double header, I was talking to Jesse English and telling him about my journey to get Stephen which he forwarded to Strasburg. So "Ayone who did some research knew that and was waiting at the top for the last out so they could get down to the front near the dugout" is not true. Not to put myself on a pedestal Stephen wasnt gonna sign til i begged and begged, clearly because he came straight to me first (talked to me for a good 30 seconds and signed for me last (my 2nd 8x10)
But all stuff aside, I do like Strasburg hes not a jerk and im not just saying that because i got him its because he signs like all guys should (not at the hotel but inside the stadium) Thanks!

listen i live in syracuse and let me tell you hes not that pleasant he snuck out on little league night after little kids waited 2 hours for him he didnt sign once the last week and a half he was here and im gratefull hes gone, i got him 2 times the whole month he was here and while im gratefull for that im more gratefull hes finally gone. I miss drew storen he cared about the fans would stop and talk with whoever and was a genuinly nice person, strasburg has an ego the size of the moon. Goodbye and good ridence is what i say.
