There's the same amount of redemptions as there are going to be made of the actual card.

Are they worth the wait? If you just want the money for a card NOW just sell the redemption card and the buyer them deal with it. If you collect the player/set go ahead and send it in. Or if you're really patient you can send it in and get the actual card to sell. Of course a redemption card will almost always sell for less than the actual card itself so you have to think about that before you decide what to do with it.
