    Another Redemtion Question

    I pulled a Todd Heap Auto, Jersey 1/15 redemption card from Reflections in August. I went to Upperdeck.com and registered the card. It's been almost 8 months now and I am still waiting. The redemption card says allow 8-12 weeks!

    Anyone else have this trouble or know how UD is with dealing with thier redemtions??

    I sent it a Julius Jones Hot Pros redemption card like 7 months ago. I emailed them several times and this past Tuesday they sent me a free J.J. jsy card/250 for my wait. Try to contact U.D. threw customer support attn : redemptipn dept..... worked for me !!!! well, still waiting on the auto
