This makes me feel a little better. I'm sending in a damaged Strasburg chrome today and was really concerned about when/what I would get back. Did you talk to them before you sent it in or just sent it and hoped for the best? Thanks

They're supposed to replace it with a card of equal value. I'd be on the phone asking for the supervisor. I sent in a Strasburg last Saturday that has a big ding on the top left corner. I hope they replace it w/another Strasburg or I'm going to be on the phone asking for the supervisor. Good luck and let us know how you make out.

I sent in a dinged strasburg chrome and i got a new one back in less than a week.

Their policy is to replace up to 25 cards with the exact same card. If they don't do that, they're not honoring their policy and you should definitely call to enforce it.
