Ooops. Didn't see that question. Mr. Ozzie already got it, but I'll confirm:

I paid MeiGray for the jersey, and shipping. When the courior came to my door, I had to pay him the taxes. If there was any brokerage fees, I would have had to pay him those as well. If you get the $40 s/h option... you won't have those. Just the tax.
