    Is TRD down on power?

Just listening to Scott the past few weeks, he makes several comments that the TRD engines aren't up to snuff as he'll make comments like, "Man I had a run on the 29 coming off the corner and by the time we got to the corner he had me by 3 (lengths)". I thought nothing of it until this comment by Jeff Gordon..

"It was just basically that Marcos is fast and that we've got really good power. That's what I learned. " -Jeff Gordon commenting on switching rides at a recent Watkins Glen tire test.

So, Marcos/Truex/Reuti fans, are you're drivers complaining on the radio's any or is this justa couple of isoloated events?

It must just be certain teams. JGR is not down on power at all, they've won 6 of the 14 cup races this year.

Haven't noticed it too much with Reut/Truex, as when they have good cars they seem to be able to run with anyone....might just be a RBR thing...after all, Brian wasn't doing anything this year either before his problem.

If I'm not mistaken, JGR builds their own engines.

Oh, I thought you meant Toyota as a whole.
