I think I'm going to offer about 50% of the BIN price.

Shipping to the UK might be costly for something like this as it may go 'Special delivery'. Anyone know what customs are like with packages this much - if any problems at all? I don't want to get hit with a massive customs charge either, haha.

My experiences with the best offer option have been very hit and miss. It truly does depend on the seller. Some sellers aren't willing to take much less than their buy it now, while other sellers will accept offers for significantly less their BIN prices. As others have suggested, just put in what you think is fair. You never know. And if the seller denies your offer and doesn't counter, more than likely you'll find another of that same card someday. eBay is fun that way.
