10th Year Anniversary Score Cards

Just wanted to see if someone could help me out with this, filling out a checklist of all my favorite players and couldn't find this card.I have a 1999 Score Card from their 10th year anniversary (they reprinted the 1989 version and stamped a 10 on the front of the card in gold.) The card I have is a #75 Randall Cunningham, #ed to 1989. Any information about this card would be appreciated. :) Thanks.

You pretty much explained it. It's a reprint of the 1989 card and was inserted in boxes of 1999 Score. And they're numbered #/1989 with the first 150 being signed (0001/1989 - 0150/1989).

Still waiting to get my hands on a Derrick Thomas auto from this set...
