I am the creator of www.mycardcollection.ca and I have been thinking about adding a picture database. This database would allow users to enter a card and if the system has a picture it would add it, however if it did not it would allow the user to upload a picture of the card for everyone else to use. I would just need people to add the pictures. I will look into creating such a system and let you know next week how I am doing. I don't think it would take more then 3 or 4 hours to write and I would just add it to the www.mycardcollection.ca site.

well people have been submitting pictures to beckett for at least 4 years now and have not nearly all of them... beckett is probably the number one sportscard site because it is so well known. There is no chance of making a database large enough to be worthwhile unless you plan to advertise on every corner, on every box, and ib every yellow pages... that may get expensive

also, there would have to be a reward or people simply wont upload anything

I wish card companies would have a spot where you can find pictures of their cards, but I guess I'll have to wait...
