So by rhythm drummer you are saying a drummer that does nothing flashy just plays a consistant beat? Because really Phil Rudd is one of the most boring drummers ever..playing AC/DC rock band on drums is a snore fest. If talking about technicality and drummers that push the limits .. Neil Peart for mainstream music.. then Flo Mounier, John Longstreth, Nicholas Barker, and you can never go wrong with Hellhammer...for the stuff that will blow your mind.

Best in terms of technical prowess: Neil Peart, Neil Peart, and Neil Peart. And Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater because his drum set requires that you have two butts to play it.

Ac/dc drummer is not a good drummer, kinda like Nick Mason (and I love Floyd).
