    Cal Ripken Jr. BLANK BACK

    1996 Topps Chrome Blank Back Cal Ripken Jr. card for trade. Card seems to have perforations on it......I have no idea what is is from.....can anybody help with description?????

    Looks like a hand cut card from a defective sheet or unfinished sheet.

    I think it's from a book or magazine.....there are perforations when it has been cut.
