    Need Help with Yahoo auctions

Ok guys, I'm getting screwed over and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I recently was the winning bidder on a yahoo auction for a case of 2001 Bowman Chrome Baseball Cards. I got in touch with the seller and paid him via paypal. He has not contacted me since then and I can no longer get in touch with him. It has been nearly two weeks. I have sent messages to Yahoo, but no responses have come. There is no way that what is going on is legal, so does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do?

    Thanks,

    Jay

I believe you can take action through paypal. Get in touch with them and see if they can help you. Also if you paid by credit card that company may be able to do something. Good Luck.......every once in a while a situation like this comes up, but don't let it turn you off from auctions I have won hundreds of auction and never had this problem..........most likely if you are persistant you will get your money back

I'd try through paypal (or the credit card company as a second option) to get the money back. It's probably a good thing anyway. I don't know how much you paid, but you do know the redemption cards for the Pujols auto RC are expired, right?

Most likely the guy did not have these items and was running a scam. You have 30 days with paypal to file a claim in which you will most likely get your money back unless the seller can provide proof of delivery. Good luck
