I really do like me jumbo patches. 2006 Ultimate had "ultimate super patches" numbered out of 10. I've managed to pick up 4 of them.

ok so on the ultimate patches did you pick up 4 because that's his jersey number? or is it just a coincidence that that's how many you were able to find?

It's a coincidence I've only been able to find 4. If I could find the other 6 I would buy them too. I have some other Jumbo patches to come where I've bought more than 4.......

I've been collecting Favre off and on from 1994. I collected him from 1994 to 1997, then stopped. I started again in 1999 then stopped again in 2001. I started again in 2006. Until 2006 I had only 2 Favre autos - his 1994 Classic Proline and his 1995 Pinnacle inscriptions.

I'm probably close to half way through my high end stuff. As I think I said before, apparantly I'm good at my job so I get well enough to buy these.

Okay, a couple of non game-used or auto cards, but very high end nonetheless.

The card below comes from 1999 Donruss Preferred QBC. Apparantly only 25 were produced. It actually contains 1 gram of fine platinum (which as you would know is more expensive than gold). It has a nominal book value (for what it's worth - which isn't much) of $200:


This card comes from the 1997 Pinnacle X-Press Metal Works set, which contained 20 cards. The gold redemptions came 1:950 master decks. I believe the card is gold-plated (it is very heavy). It also has a nominal book value (for what it's worth - which isn't much) of $200:
