Like a slap in the face.
Proof that, to some, money is all that matters in this hobby...

I see that a couple of these have already sold too.
I realize that you may not like the player you receive but it's still and PERSONALIZED card direct from the maunfacturer. Amazing how ungrateful and imprudent some people are.

I do not mind at all. If someone thinks that they could flip the card and make money than all the power to them. Plus, the seller looks to be on the losing side and it will cost him money. One more thing. Sometimes people just need to get money. They have assets in their cards and if you get sick from work or your car breaks down or you just are in a bind and need money it is easy to get some by selling cards on ebay.

I kind of agree with the last two, but don't you have to break a huge amount of product to get this VIP card? If he has money issues, don't buy a bunch of boxes. Other than that, it is his card, and maybe he wants some extra cash.

I am not so sure how much that you have to order but I would bet that if someone orders a case of Superlative or Ultimate they may let yo be a VIP member is my guess.

some people also trade for the box tops...i traded a couple extra that i had to some people
so if thats the case, why not sell the card you get if you think you can get some good coin
but i do partially agree, its a VIP card personalized with your name, i would think thatd be a PC item to be proud of?? but i guess some dont agree

You know, if I had a card like this I would also resell it immediately. Why? To purchase a card I want.
I don't care about Brodeur, Gaborik, Rask. I care about Jake.
Every hit I pull, every contest I win, I perceive it as a 'Jake fund' and the only thing that matters to me is what I'll be able to grab of him with the money when it will be sold.
Their idea was great, however there is a lot of peole out there who are dedicated to their players and won't keep anything that's not related to their collection.

Then why bother getting one in the first place? You gotta bust a whole lot of ITG to get these cards.

say someone is a dedicated player collector and also happens to bust a lot of ITG product. why not get a free, appreciative gift? it isn't us who have to appreciate the card companies, it's them who have to appreciate us.
