Quack? What do you mean?
It's inspiring truth that is against what tradition and allopothic medicine says.
I can say his science works as I applied it, adding it makes plenty of sense, and overall aids in helping me function at optimal levels.
Sure, I understand initially he may come across as different to someone who is really skeptical or simply follows what a "doctor" may say.

I'm pretty open to a lot of different ideas in terms of health and wellness (the "fact" that fluoride strengthens teeth is a total crock cooked up by the steel industry, for example), but this one just doesn't pass the legitimacy test to me. The fact the guy was involved in selling his products via Amway-like multi-level marketing schemes and has been investigated by state health boards on multiple occasions just doesn't pass the test for me.
If it works for you, great, but I don't see any legitimate backing that it would work for everyone.

Right, I understand. The message of acid/alkaline as to the realization of that's where "true" health comes in at, is not openly or readily accepted.
Sure, they'll look into a guy who is helping others because it's hurting their interest. It works for me and for everyone. It want work if you don't work it.
I could encourage a google search of "ph balance" and "acid/alkaline" as pertaining to health. It's a revolutionary concept that takes time to get out to the masses.
There's nothing wrong with most "doctors" eh. They have three tools; chemicals, a knife, and radiation. I prefer to take responsibility through an approach that makes sense, for instance all of what Dr. Young offers, and rest assured that the results experienced uncover the lies that the medical community live by.
Balance the ph!

all good stuff. Not eating late is a biggie. YOu want most of your daily calories during the day when you're burning them. That said, the evening is the perfect time to eat. You're home, relaxing and food is readily available. It's definitely tough for me. I usually grab a spoon full of peanut butter in those situations. I eat it super slow so that's a plus as well.
With everything we know about how bad some foods are it's still a personal struggle for me at least. I get a good amount of exercise, but the bad food just tastes too good. Moderation is the key, but some places make it so difficult.

Bump to the top.
I wanted to follow up with the idea of "ph balance" as the ultimate way in realizing yourself at the most optimum level of life and right functioning.
Yes, ths is a broad subject, with many pathways, some mystery perhaps, and becoming balanced is a real treat which allows for so many different and good ways to see things; clearly, alert, as is intended, with full energy, and an overall positive nature.
I've been touched by this concept, as you might can tell or notice by now, and feel the opportunity and simply some sort of responsibility to let others know what's happened to me and is available to all.
Alkalize and Energize! It's the way to go. I'm here to talk about it in more detail and help in any way possible.
