Need help regarding another member

I'd like to know who I can speak with regarding another member. I have someone who has not been happy with a couple of deals we've made and, from the last one, sent me an email directly using vulgar language. Not once did I ever use any vulgarity with him and I did not appreciate him sending this to me. I know it was not sent in a PM but his email address should be able to be tracked through our system here. I can forward the email to whoever would like to see it. If you want to, please respond in a PM .

P.S. - Just to mention, his email was sent after he actually received the card he purchased from me (a $2.50 sale)

i dont think they can do anything regarding emails because those cant be tracked. your best bet is to block the member because he is obviouly a loose cannon to freak over a 2.50 sale and at least pm a mod and let them know what happened.
