You can do whatever you want man, its your seller account. You can only accept Saddam money if you want! lol.

ebay selling
you can mail cash for your purchases if you want. Although some guys won't accept it. If you are a seller and you state that you only accept cash payments, I doubt you will get too many bids. There's no paper trail if something happens. The buyer would have zero recourse if it's lost of the seller just stiffs them.
