vince carter rookie help
is the panini sticker an insert set or base set? also anyone ever see a topps o pee chee?

well i asked because i need the info whether to add the cards to a rookie project im working on. i already own the sticker but i never even saw an o pee chee
what it is. all rookie cards and there parallel versions side by side. i have all his "true rc's". he has about 60 give or take total that are non plated and the white text is "obviously" what is missing. all cards shown are in rc year. the bottom is not part of it the project as im only looking for base set rc/versions. its just for show. i still need a background

O Pee Chee is just the Canadian version of Topps as far as I know...
Small logo change, same base card.

really? thats it. i guess i need that then. i thought it was never made or something as i never seen it. i guess its an oddball card just like the sticker i have. first one i ever saw and i had to have it.

The O-Pee-Chee set doesn't include any Rookies, so no Carter

this is how they listed it.
1998-99 Topps O-Pee-Chee #199 Vince Carter
it doesnt say rc but if its his rc year card i do need it still.

Like I said, the card does not exist, like all other Rookies JWill, Nowi, Pierce, etc.
