Target!
I was bored so i decided to head over to Target and pick up a couple packs of cards.
So i bought 2 packs of Bazooka and 2 packs of Topps Chrome

Good job, Tmoney. I hate getting cards at Target. First of all, the pull rates on good cards are too low (ie. retail). Secondly, the Target near me just leaves all their packs out. So all the boxes have been searched, the packs have been felt up, etc. I've dropped a lot of money on packs there, and I'm lucky if I get crappy 1:4 insert.
