    Future NFL hofers

just wanted to get some opions on who you think is a future HOFer in the nfl & a good/decent signer? i have some thoughts on who might/will be. also, players that may have retired the last couple years, that look to be HOFers..

the " good/decent signers " part of your question makes it hard to answer. so I'll Ignore that part of your question. Cris Carter & Andre Reed look like a locks. Jim Marshall and Jerry Kramer should have made it years ago. Claude Humphrey should make it.

Kevin Greene (No longer signs for free, he thinks everyone sells his stuff on eBay.)

Roger Craig (His stats aren't amazing, but he was one of the first backs to be a dual threat catching the ball as well as running it, played a big part on the Superbowl teams.. If turds like Lynn Swann can be voted in, why not someone like Craig.)

im glad someone brought his name up. its amazing that guy hasnt been inshrined yet. he was a HUGE part of that offence & needs to be in the HOF.

that part of the question was mainly just to see if someone has/is getting certain players c/o there teams that im not aware of. for instance, Charles woodson seems to be a decent signer & think he has a great shot to get in.

HOF is a popularity contest and many guys who belong just does not make it in. You can never guess who kissed enough writers bottoms when they played to make it in. Chris Carter is far more deserving than almost all the current HOF WR's and is sitting on the outside looking in? I always say collect who you like and forget what others think on them. Should they not get in it just means that their cards, autographs and memorabilia is less expensive for you to get!

couldnt agree more Indyreds. Its sad when some of those great players AKA Derrick Thomas, has to wait 2-3 years to get in. That dude was abeast when he played & should have been first ballot all the way. Richard Dent still waiting & i think he will have to get in via veterans commitee

Cris Carter, Charles Woodson and Jim Marshall all have not signed TTM in the past 12 months according to this forum as well as Startiger.

    Johnny Robinson
    Andre Reed
    Steve Tasker
    Chris Hanburger
    Walt Sweeney
    Dermontti Dawson
    Bob Kuechenberg

All of them sign and all of them should be in and have a chance to make it in.
