Playoff Inc. redeems themselves!
Ok, for all the horror stories about manufacturers that we have been hearing, I thought I might share a happy one.
About 3 months ago i sent in a handful of 2003 Hogg Heaven cards for replacement due to damage. Hadnt received them so I emailed playoff (which is owned by Donruss so I was contacted by Donruss) who said that my order had been received but they didnt have the cards in to replace it and asked if I would like something of equal value and asked what teams and players I liked. Since the cards I had sent in were mostly low-value inserts I didnt expect much but today I got an email saying that they were sending me a 2004 Absolute Memorabilia Gridiron Force Joey Harrington Jersey /25. That is way cool of them!

Playoff has been great to work with in my experience. I had a Corey Dillon 2003 Playoff Honors EXCH and a 2003 Nick Barnett Playoff Contenders EXCH outstanding. The BV of both added together was $60. I called them as I had been waiting for over a year. They agreed to replace them both. I got a 2002 Playoff Contenders Javon Walker, BV $100. Since I am a huge Green Bay fan they could not have made me happier! They continue to put out what I believe to be the best trading cards every year and their customer service is superb compared to the rest of those jokers!
Good job Playoff, Donruss and Leaf!

I coulndt agree with you more.... Leaf Limited, Leaf Certified Materials, Playoff Absolute Memorabilia, Hogg Heaven, Contenders... the list goes on. Playoff-Donruss-Leaf really has their act together (except for the fact that I still havent gotten my 03 Leaf R&S Nick Barnett RC Auto but thats just because he hasnt sent them the cards yet.) Kudos to them for setting the standard!

i love donnruss's customer service i pulled a shaun alexander hogg heaven auto that booked $30 and they sent me a $100 peyton manning auto to replace it
