I just got done with a crosscountry roadtrip from Alaska to Virginia, which included a long strech through Canada. Everyday I was there, the only thing I ever ate was Poutine. LOVE IT! Any chance I got, that's what I ordered! Just wondering what's the best spot in Canada to get some great poutine? Any American spots? And what ingredients should I use to make some great homemade poutine?
