Does Topps still do Customer service?

I have some issues with some cards from 2009-10 Topps, will they still do replacements and whatnot?

    See kencope's Items on eBay

My experience with them lately has been horrible in terms of replacement. Had a bunch of 2010 bowman chromes that were severely bent from the case. They said they were within specification and couldn't replace them because all were from the same print run and so the replacements would show the same bending. I emailed back asking them how that could be when I pulled the same players from the same case with no bending.

    Still no response......
