I have the 2003-04 Upper Deck Legends 87 (Carlos Arroyo). This is just one base card, so I can send it for free. LMK.
BTW, Good luck with completing your Hoops Decade set - I have the complete set myself and it's one of only a handful of sets I've manually completed. I loved the Hoops line and I was glad to see Fleer came out with a new vintage-designed Hoops set this season.

Added - I also just found 2004-05 Hoops Hot Prospects 64 (Lamar Odom; used to collect him) and Hardcourt 40 (James Posey). I can add these two for free.
