    New to Customs

I've seen the great work you all are doing here, and it got me motivated to try my hand at some of my own. Now I'm trying to do a couple test prints, as 4x6 2 per, and for the life of me have not been able to get them to come out sized correctly. I've tried printing from windows piture viewer and using crop or full page don't seem to work correctly as they get enlarged.

And although I have not printed from GIMP, whenever I get to the print preview screen it does not look correct. I'm not sure if it's not taking the 4x6 page size setting or what but it always looks like it's on a larger page. I have tried to change the settings in PAGE setup and on the printer settings after hitting print.

Any thoughts? I'm generally self sufficient tech wise, but rarely print at home...

    Thanks!

I could never get the right sizes, my customs would always turn out an inch smaller on each side, or they'd end up looking like a HUGE index card. I printed from Gimp. MS Word, and Picture/Fax Viewer. I said to heck with it and just made a blank 4x6 in GIMP and put two on there, saved it in full-res, and print them somewhere else. I've had trouble with the people at Walgreens giving me flak about copyright, but if you were to print them online and have them shipped to you it works good.. It's still a lot cheaper than printing at home.
