    Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but there's going to be an in person signing for Joey Votto on 7/15 in Cincinnati. It's at Kenwood Mall and looks like you can send in items as well.

    He did last year, but haven't tried recently. You may want to check the TTM database to see if there've been any recent successes.
