anyone else having trouble getting the discount to show up. I get to my confirmation page and it shows that I will have a fee charged to my account.

All of my ratings are 4.8 or better.

I actually haven't been paying any insertion fees for about 3 months now. I thought it was something new they put in place to get more items listed. I sold a few cards I didn't think would sell because they were free to list.

yeah, I think I need to close my eBay store. I don't like that I have to, but listings cost 20¢ per item a month as opposed to 50¢ for non stores. My store costs $15 a month so if I take the $15 and apply it to nonstore fixed price listings I can have 50 items per month listed for the same cost. I think my max ever listed in my store is around 120 and only have 35 now, so I'm losing as of now and can't take advantage of most of their specials.
