How would you guys ship a small lot of around 20 Bowman Chrome cards? And where would I get the supplies?

Putting each card in a penny sleeve, then putting them all in a team bag should do the trick, it offers great protection. You can get sleeves at your LCS, retail places that sell cards like Walmart, and online. Team bags you can get at the LCs, and online.

I would get one of those snap-tite holders that hold 35 cards and put them in penny sleeves and a team bag,It will still fit in a bubble mailer and it won't cost too much.
Do something nice for someone everyday, it will pay off in the long run.

As the above mentioned will work. Also you can add the cards to penny sleeves, then a team bag. I usually take the dummy card fillers( white pieces of cardboard) found in packs of cards. Put one on each side and tape them together.

wrap them again in bubble wrap or even a piece of paper and your padded mailer and off to the PO. Supplies can be had at your local card store and they may even have dome of the cardboard fillers for free as well.
