    Introduction

    Hey, everyone, I'm a 25-year-old guy living in Illinois, I've been lurking around here for a month or so, and finally thought it was time to create an account.

    I collected football and baseball cards around The Great Early Nineties Crash just like everyone else, and I've played Magic: the Gathering off and on for close to fifteen years, so I'm well-versed in the wax-ripping addiction, lol.

    What brought me back to this insidious (at least to my wallet) hobby? The Blackhawks' run to the Cup this past spring. I thought I might pick up a couple cards on eBay or something, rip a few packs, and have a nice little momento to remember this season by.

    Of course, anyone who knows me knows I can't resist a good (or bad) excuse to bust wax, lol. The day the Hawks won the cup, I bought a blaster of UD 09-10 Series 1, and wouldn't you know it, I found an Antti Niemi Young Gun in the very first pack! :-D

    At any rate, I love football (Go Bears!), am rapidly getting into hockey (go Hawks!), and am glad to be here and finally start posting. Who knows...maybe I'll be sucked in here forever!

    You came to the right place as there are some huge hockey fans around here! I will be honest I would not know the blue line from the center line. Football is coming soon though! Hope you find lots of great trades!

    I will be honest too. I've never heard of a blue line or center line. ;)

    Thanks, but Tuesday at 7's when my girlfriend and I curl up in front of the TV and watch Wipeout, so I don't think I can make it. ;-)
