2010 Theme Week #12- Best 90s Insert

Welcome to Theme Weeks 2010! In week #12, we are looking for the coolest looking insert from the 90s (card must show the year manufactured). This week runs from today (7/18) until next Saturday (7/24) at 11:59 PM EST. All cards must be scanned or have their picture taken with a piece of paper that includes your SCF member name, date, and theme week number (This week is #12). Once a card has been entered into this week's theme, that card can't be entered into any other 2010 Theme Week, so choose wisely!

Voting will take place from the following Monday (7/26) and will last until 11:59 PM EST the following Sunday (8/1).

Each week, cards will have different "grading" standards as to what the winning card should most possess. They will be posted along with the voting thread. Remember, what matters more is the card itself, and NOT THE PLAYER!

Only one card may be entered per person. If a card is deemed to have no relation to the theme, you will not be entered in the week's voting. Each weekly winner will win 75cc, with 40cc to the second place finisher. In addition, the winner gains 1 point in the standings for the final prize. The second place finisher gets .5 point. Let's see those entries!

Here is a 1998 (or 1997) Topps Roger Clemens, die-cut unusual shape.
On the back it shows his 1997 stats, but also says copyright 1997 and Licensed 1997, so I am not sure if its a 1997 or a 1998 card. I can show a scan of the back if anybody wants it, but either way its from the 1990's. I think this is a really neat, different card with the unusual shape and the Hall of Fame in the background.
