Help - This Osgood Card Has Me Buffaloed

I cant seem to find this card anywhere:

1997-98 Pinnacle Totally Certified Platinum Blue #4 - Chris Osgood

Now on the back where there should be a Serial Number to #2599, it instead says "Players Club, One of 299"

I cannot find a Totally Certified Platinum Blue Player's Club listing anywhere.

    Anyone ????

May have been a promotional release. I seem to remember something about alternate versions of the non-goalie cards all being released as promotions.... but I don't recall where I read it, or any other info.

    Example:

These showed up a couple years ago. Apparently, they were supposed to be available in a retail type product that never hit the shelves way back when in '98. I believe people were finding them in those 100 count "so-many-hits" in a group packs they sold at retail outlets like Target, Walmart, etc.

Pretty Cool cards nonetheless. I wish I had a dozen of Gretzky, Yzerman and Roy under this issue.

I just noticed the Ozzie, as I got it in a trade-lot years ago, and don't think the original owner even bothered to look on the back.
